CONDITIONS OF USE

ARTICLE 1: SCOPE

These Terms and Conditions will apply to all sales made through the website "SideToys.com" for the sale of new products.

Important: the products offered on the site "SideToys.com" are collector's items (even though it may be the cause of toys) and are intended exclusively for adults. We are not liable if one of the products sold on the site was offered to a minor.

ARTICLE 3: AVAILABILITY OF ARTICLES

Forthcoming products are available on the website of "SideToys.com" for pre-order. They are shipped from the date of release for sale. "SideToys.com" can not be held responsible for a possible delay of marketing. The settlement is subject to the order without deferred payment.

In the case of an order of several products which one or more is not available on the date of the order (preorders, ...), the order will be shipped in a single consignment when all items will be available.

To receive products as they become available, it should contact us in advance by phone at +33 1.82.52.12.34 to discuss shipping.

ARTICLE 4: PRICE

The prices quoted in euros are deemed net, without shipping. Those denominated in currencies other than the euro are given as examples only. They can be modified at any time without notice, knowing that the items will be billed based in effect at the checkout process.

For deliveries outside the Metropolitan France, the costs of any customs or local taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

ARTICLE 5: SHIPPING

If you live outside France, the shipping costs are listed in the order by clicking on your basket buying.

ARTICLE 6: PAYMENT

You have several means of payment offering maximum security assurances.

- By credit card: Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard or Blue Card.

In this case, the payment shall be taken with the secure payment system PAYPAL. This means that no information concerning yourself banking transits via the site "SideToys.com". Payment by credit card is perfectly secure, and your order will be recorded and validated on acceptance of payment. You can pay online with confidence entering the number and expiration date of your credit card in the spaces or simply giving your ID if you have a PayPal account.

- By bank. You can make your payment by international wire transfer (except Western Union).

Clause retention: products remain the property of "Sidetoys.com" until paid for in full "SideToys.com"

- Lack of Payment:

"SideToys.com" reserves the right to refuse to execute an order or to honor an order from a consumer who would not have totally or partially settled a previous order or with whom a payment dispute was under administration .

ARTICLE 7: DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

Whether you ordered from France or abroad, we will deliver to you. The delivery period includes the time of preparation of the package + time delivery. The average time is 2 to 3 weeks outside France, but it is not a period of rigor and "SideToys.com" will not be liable in case of delay in delivery. Warning: If you choose to pay by check, the order will not be processed until after cashing the check and validation by the paying agency and deadlines run accordingly.

Availability dates indicated on some items are purely indicative. The manufacturer is the one that decided of the availability date for new items. "SideToys.com" is not responsible for some delayed item release.

The goods travel at risk of the buyer who only has an action against the carrier in the event of damage that occurred during transport.

Important: If the package comes to you damaged or if the product inside the package is damaged (feel free to open your package to the factor or at the counter from the post office because you have the right), you must immediately reporting to the staff of the Post and indicate that you make reservations following the delivery. However, the transfer of risk of loss and deterioration of the products will be implemented when delivery and receipt of goods by the buyer.

All clauses contained in these terms, as well as all buying and selling referred to therein, will be submitted to french law, the courts will be those within the purview of PARIS (France), the Courts headquarters "SideToys.com" where the contract was formed between the parties.

ARTICLE 12: ACCEPTANCE OF THE BUYER

The general conditions of sale as well as tariffs are specifically approved and accepted by the Purchaser, which declares and acknowledges having a perfect knowledge, and to waive, therefore, to avail themselves of any contradictory document, including its own general conditions of purchase, the act of purchase involving acceptance of these terms and conditions.
